Since many people seem to regard this as possibly the last year of human existence I am going to try my darnedest to keep posting religiously. This year will be one of self discovery for me as I try to narrow the scope of my interests into something that will become a viable career for me.
The biggest issue that I have had is that I lack focus. Instead of becoming extremely good at one thing and honing my skill I spread my self too thin and never truly excel to the level that I want to.
In addition to writing in this blog every day, which will be like a journal I will be also starting various sister blogs attached to this one to showcase the work that I am doing in different areas. this year I want to focus on my writing most of all, but also my sculpture, drawing, photography, music, and game creation. I am hoping that this additive process will help show me where my strengths lie and which areas I should focus on. I will not let this blog become yet another abandoned New Years resolution statistic!
